Is it a fruit bearing bush. I don't think I've ever seen blueberries in the wild? I'm having problems with my macro lens. If I get too close, it just won't focus. Am I supposed to take the shot from a metre or so away then crop the result?
ReplyDeleteYup, this bush gives us berries later in the season. Unfortunately, I never get to eat more than a few; the birds get to them pretty fast!
ReplyDeleteYou probably need to go to a camera shop and ask questions about your macro lens; you may have one that only lets you get a certain distance away. Most non-macro lenses let you get as close as 10 to 12 inches (25cm to 30cm), so you won't have to back off as far as a meter. As far as your current lens, you can still use it, just don't get any closer than it'll let you.
