Nap Time

I was a little late getting out on my walk today. By the time I got to where I was going, everybody was taking a pre-lunch nap, like this Mute Swan couple on Gooseneck Cove and the Mallard couple on the pond in Ballard Park. Hmmm... I didn't know I was so boring!

  4. There's a place in County Galway called Moran's Oyster Cottage. On a nice day, you can sit outside with your pint and oysters and watch swans swimming in the weir opposite the cottage. Paradise.

  5. The colours and the clarity of the reflection in the mallard shot are wonderful. I like that very much.
Do you think the birds ever get a stiff neck, sleeping like that?
