Finally, Some Real Snow!

We got about 3" (7.62 cm) of snow Friday night and Saturday morning. I got some pictures on the way to work Saturday and yesterday; I had to wait until yesterday to get that snowy shot of South Mountain because you couldn't see it for the clouds and falling snow on Saturday morning.

  1. I love the wood sleds outside the hardware store! But that gazebo has really captured my heart!

  3. They are all great shots - but that one of the hardware shot is so full of interest and information, it almost invites you to come in and look around.

    1. Alan, Pague & Fegan is a great place to just browse and see what you can find. They even carry those flat-topped straw hats the Amish wear. And yes, they have a large Amish/Mennonite clientele. Heh, heh! There's also a row of barber's chairs across from the cash register for the old duffers to sit in and discuss the fate of the world every day.
