Sight & Sound - Crowded Shelves



Music: "Julia's Cupboards", by the (now defunct) Freemantle, Australia group Bungarra. The song was written by guitarist/vocalist Rick Martin for his wife Julia, also a vocalist with the ensemble.

  1. omg - i have two little pitchers similar to the one in your bottom photo - they are 'family heirlooms' one is etched on the red with "mother 1909" and the other doesn't have any inscription.


    i can't quite make out what yours says.

    i ran across a pitcher like these when i visited rachel carson's family home in western pa and got a kick out of it.

    oh, by the way, i streamlined my url for mouse medicine. i might have to build up my blogroll, but in the meantime you might need to revise your blogroll in order to maintain updates.... as i noticed my latest post wasn't on your blogroll, only the previous one
