Into the Green

This morning I told a friend that despite the heat and humidity I needed to get "into the green". I did just that, going for a walk in the Dykeman Spring Nature Park before the day turned too hot. In fact, if you didn't move at all it was actually pleasant, with temps in the mid 70s (around 24ยบ C) and a nice breeze. But it was a wet breeze, with a dew point in the 70s, meaning tropical humidity, and any movement created instant pouring sweat. It has also rained some in the last month or so, so that with moisture and heat combined the landscape is indeed very green. See for yourself.
